Miguérès Moulin A.A.R.P.I.

MIGUERES MOULIN AARPI is a lawyer association founded in 2010 by Luc Miguérès and Emmanuel Moulin.

Luc Miguérès’ practice focuses on employment and social security law. He advises his clients in both individual and collective employment law matters, restructuring operations including mass redundancy plans and collective negotiations with Unions’ representatives. He has also developed a practice in IP in connection with the media and advertisement sector.

Emmanuel Moulin is a recognized specialist in mergers and acquisitions. His expertise includes both transactional and litigation matters, regularly advising companies in France and European SME managers in their cross-border operations. He also intervenes in the international arbitration and professional sports field.

In 2012 the firm welcomed two new partners, Valérie Bensoussan (Corporate, Restructuring) and Budes-Hilaire de la Roche (Intellectual Property, Audiovisual and New Technology Law Litigation). In 2013, the firm integrated a new partner, Guilhem Affre, who, together with his team, is representing the “Business Litigation and Arbitration”pole.
