Litigated before the Court of Madrid in both first and second instance, the case involved a legal dispute between a French distributor and a Spanish producer concerning an international distribution contract in the food and hygiene sector.

The Spanish court ultimately ruled in favor of our client, rejecting the Spanish producer’s claims regarding contractual obligations.
