Luc Miguérès received his law degree in 1975 and a DEA in labour law in 1976 from the University of Paris, and was an associate professor of labour law at the University of Paris from 1979 to 1983. He has been a member of the Paris Bar since 1976, and his areas of practice include entertainment law, labour, restructuring, foreign investments and litigation. He is the co-author of “Creating a Foreign Owned Corporation in France” (1986), “Encouraging Investments in France” (1987) et “Investing in Italy” (1991) published in the Journal of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Paris, and also various articles concerning labour law and audiovisual law. Luc Miguérès is fluent in French, English and Spanish.
