Valérie Bensoussan, partner and co-head of the firm’s Corporate – M&A – Private Equity practice at Miguérès Moulin (MM Law), our member firm in Paris, has been recognised in the Legal 500’s Green Ambassadors Europe 2025 guide.

This ranking highlights lawyers whose work contributes to decarbonisation and the green transition, and who demonstrate strong, sustained engagement both within their firms and across their broader ecosystems.

Valérie has been actively:

• involved in innovative projects such those led by Energy Observer, one of her longstanding clients and member of the Cl’Hub by MMLAW since 2017;
• serving as firm’s Change Leader Champion for the UN Global Compact, alongside other key members of the executive team, Emmanuel Moulin and Mohamed Benkhalifa (Benkhalifa Cabinet – MBC Inc., also a member of ABL);
• acting externally through training, public speaking, pro bono work, and leading Cl’Hub by MMLAW, which has been supporting innovative projects since 2016.

This recognition also reflects the long-term commitment of MM Law and vision of its managing partner, Emmanuel Moulin, as the first French law firm to join the UN Global Compact, back in 2012.
