Valérie Bensoussan graduated from Toulouse University and she received a DESS in Business Law and a Diplôme de Juriste Conseil d’Entreprise (DJCE) in 1998. She started her career in 1999 as international legal practitioner in a major French fashion group where she acquired specific experience regarding commercial lease in the context of managing a 180 boutique’s portfolio.

Member of the Paris Bar since 2002, Valérie has specialized in the field of mergers and acquisitions, joint-venture and private equity at Deloitte & Touchée and at Taj Firm. She advises primarily in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, joint-venture and commercial contracts.

Valérie speaks French and English.
