Ms. Daizy Chawla has over 16 years of experience with specialization in Corporate, Taxation and IPR Laws. She regularly advises clients on legal matters including but not limited to corporate laws, insolvency, taxation, etc. She regularly works on successfully deals with a variety of domestic and cross-border corporate and tax related issues relating to incorporation, corporate restructuring, corporate governance issues, FDI/FEMA, SEBI, ECB, direct and indirect taxation, etc.

Ms. Chawla has expertise in assisting clients across industry verticals like Real estate and Infrastructure, Hospitals and Hospitality, Ports, Mining, Educational institutions, Manufacturing, Import and Export to name a few.

She also regularly shares her expertise with society through Pro Bono work for various domestic and international matters. She is actively associated with Advocates for International Development (A4ID) and Trust Law, the Thomson Reuters Foundation’s global pro bono legal programme.
