After graduating from Bocconi University in Milan, Pasquale completed his training as a business lawyer by attending the School of Specialisation for Legal Professions, at the same University.

He began his professional journey through internships in leading international firms in Milan and through working as an assistant to a magistrate of Assize Court in Milan.

He left a reputable independent law firm to establish Lexsential in 2021.

In his role as a partner at the Firm, Pasquale specialises in commercial, corporate and international law, primarily handling extrajudicial matters.

He assists the Firm’s main Italian and foreign clients in all matters related to the life of a company, such as:

• negotiation and drafting of sales agreements;
• drafting of contracts;
• commercial agreements, such as distribution, agency and licensing;
• agreements related to M&A transactions;
• contractual and legal due diligence in the context of extraordinary transactions between Italian and foreign companies;
• business crisis management and restructuring of financially distressed companies;
• liquidation of companies;
• liability actions against directors, auditors and accountants;
• challenges to corporate resolutions;
• corporate and commercial litigation for contractual and non-contractual liability.
