Corina is a Co-Founder of LawNexus, specializing in real estate and renewable energy. Corina has over 20 years of experience in commercial leasing and construction (with both greenfield and brownfield projects from land acquisition, permitting, and development to redevelopment and adaptive reuse of existing assets). She regularly assists with identifying and assembling large land plots, managing fragmented ownership, title due diligence, and acquisition strategies for complex developments. Corina’s experience in the energy and natural resources sector is extensive, covering mining and renewable energy. She advised local and international (including one of the world’s leading mining corporations) clients on complex regulatory and compliance matters. Corina was involved in some of the first green energy projects in Romania. She assisted clients with both solar and wind power projects, advised on investment opportunities in Romania and coordinated projects assessing and mitigating the regulatory impact of energy legislation on large industrial consumers.
