Eduardo is a founding Partner at Dayston and graduated with honors from the Instituto Tecnológico y Estudios Superiores de Occidente (ITESO), holds diplomas in customs law and international trade and has successfully coursed a Master´s Degree in Tax Law at the Universidad de Guadalajara.

Eduardo is also the Partner in charge of tax and administrative litigation, regulatory compliance and alternative dispute resolution methods.

During his professional career, Eduardo has successfully litigated some of the most complex cases against the federal tax authority. Within the Firm, Eduardo is in charge of the operation, as well as, hiring, training and grooming of our team members.
