Mister Chapman leads the collective bargaining, labor consulting, and labor litigation practices. His extensive experience and deep knowledge in these areas make him, responsible for structuring developing strategic planning for clients in personnel management. He provides innovative, secure, and stable solutions, even in complex cases of misconduct, not only in health-related matters issues but also in the right to union association. The English publication, The Legal 500, has recognized him as a recommended lawyer over five consecutive years recently awarding him the top category designation of Leading Individual in Labor & Employment. This publication highlights him for his prompt responsiveness to clients' needs, he serious and in-depth analysis, and his approach to complex issues. Additionally, the Colombian magazine “Revista Dinero”, has listed him among the most preferred lawyers by companies in its annual ranking. He served as an Assistant Magistrate in the Labor Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice, Labor Chamber. He was Governor of the Labor Bar Association and represented Colombia at several ILO conferences. He is an active member of the Labor Committee and the Chamber of Legal Services of the National Association of Enterprises (ANDI), and the National Association of Human Resources (ACRIP). He served as an advisor in the technical commission discussing the ongoing labor reform and was a member of the 2020 Employment Mission. In academic, Charles Chapman is a professor at the Universidad Javeriana, Universidad del Norte, and the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana.
