Miss Wilches has over 21 years of experience providing legal advice to both national and international companies, as well as public entities in Colombia. She leads the firm's practice areas concerning to individual and collective labor law, as well as constitutional and contentious actions related to labor issues. She served as Governor of the Labor Bar Association from 2020 to 2021. She is a member of the Legal Committee of the Chamber of Commerce of Barranquilla, National Association of Human Resources (ACRIP), and the Chamber of Legal Services of the National Association of Enterprises (ANDI). Additionally, she teaches in the post-graduate degree program in Labor Law at the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana of Medellín, the master's program in Labor Law at the Universidad del Norte, and at the Universidad Javeriana.
