Pavel Gerasimov holds a PhD in Law and is a qualified lawyer with over 17 years of practice.

He is a Partner and CEO of the law firm Padva & Epshtein, LLC. He mainly specializes in complex investment projects, including customs consulting and legal due diligence, mediation and state arbitration court litigation. He also assists clients in bankruptcy and restructuring cases, tax disputes and M&A projects.
