Dr. Mohamed Tumi is the founding partner of the firm. He has a strong academic background, with an LL.B from the University of Cairo, a master’s degree in Comparative Law from the University of Miami, and an LL.M from George Washington University, completed with highest honors. He later obtained a PhD from the University of Illinois, following extensive academic research in law. His profile combines academic depth with practical legal insight.

Mazen Tumi is the Managing Partner of Tumi Law Firm and has held this role for the past 15 years. He is a qualified lawyer before all Libyan courts, including the Supreme Court, and specializes in corporate and commercial law. As a dual Libyan American citizen, he advises clients on complex legal and business matters involving both local and international dimensions, with a focus on guiding clients through risk, change, and market challenges.
