Stefano Candela, Partner at Franzosi Dal Negro Setti in Milan, has been selected as the new Business Law Expert in Italy by Global Law Experts.

Stefano specializes mainly in Business, Corporate and International law, in both judicial and extra-judicial ambits. He regularly assists key clients of the firm, both Italian and foreign, in all matters relating to the life of a company such as the drafting of sales, contractor, distribution and agency agreements; extraordinary operations of M&A; activity relating to the restructuring of companies in financial distress; questions relating to company liquidation; board and auditor liability; defects in shareholder resolutions; banking and financial liability; product liability; contractual and extra-contractual liability.
