Motei & Associates are looking for a female Corporate Consultant/ Associate to join our Corporate Practice Team. You shall advise clients on the various business set up options in the UAE with a specific focus on the incorporation and management of free zone and offshore companies. You shall prepare, draft and assist clients with all required incorporation documents and coordinate with government authorities and banks in the UAE.

The ideal candidate is a university graduate, preferably in law or commerce from a reputable western university, and must have a minimum of 5 years comprehensive experience in similar role. International offshore setup experience is certainly a plus.

The position shall suit a dynamic person, sharp, organized, detail-oriented who enjoys working independently, and has the ability to develop the Corporate Practice in the Firm. A good command of English (speaking and writing) is a must.
