The ABL Young Lawyer’s Group has published its second Report on ‘National Procedures for Patent and Trademark Registration’. The Report draws attention to the procedures that are involved when applying for patent registration and trade mark registration in each of the countries mentioned. In addition, the Report contains useful links to websites of the relevant authorities in those countries that deal with the applications for these registrations.
