Hans Mathijsen of the Amsterdam ABL member firm was appointed earlier this month in the Luxemburg province of Belgium as European President of the Mars & Mercurius national Circles, an association of former, retired and reserve officers of the Armed Forces in Belgium, Luxemburg, The Netherlands, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Denmark and Poland with senior positions in trade and industry. The appointment is for the 2016 – 2019 period.
