According to El Mundo, the  list top 10 restaurants with the largest waiting list in Madrid is headed by DiverXO, the three Michelin Star restaurant of chef David Muñoz. The first available table on a Saturday evening is only on December 5th. 

The ever-changing dining scene in Madrid still has its classics. Foodies trendset what restaurants are in, indeed, but only quality establishments remain in the top of the most demanded places for months or years, even many years. And among them, or rather above them, still can be found DiverXO.

The Lysergic restaurant of David Muñoz tops the list of the ten restaurants with the largest waiting list for Madrid in a test done by El Mundo with a single purpose: getting a  table for two for dinner on a Saturday. Conclusion: if you intend to have dinner at DiverXO on a Saturday, you'd better be patient and plan it as  a medium or even longer term objective.Patience that, according to Muñoz, has its reward: "Eating in DiverXO is hardcore."
