Mr. Coldesina, who has over twenty years' experience in the field of labour law and industrial relations, will join Ms. Paola Polliani, head of the department, in advising on the ordinary management of employment relationships and their termination, on labour law profiles related to extraordinary transactions, including transfers of business, corporate restructuring and reorganisation, as well as on labour litigation throughout Italy.

His activity includesalso assisting top management in the establishment, management and termination of executive and managerial relationships.
