Guilhem Affre received his law degree in private law, a university degree in EU and international labor law and a postgraduate degree in law and practice of labor relations at the University of Montpellier I under the supervision of Professor Bernard Teyssie. Until 2011 he was Lecturer in the Executive MBA program – Management Institute of Paris (MIP – EDHEC) – about “Managers’ Fields of Liability”.

Guilhem was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1993 and his areas of practice include civil and commercial litigation, arbitration and labor law. He also assists clients in commercial contracts, competition law, liability and criminal business law and is a member of the Association Droit & Procédure.

Guilhem speaks French and English.
