Isabel de Diego holds a law degree from the University of Oviedo and a Master in Legal Consultancy from the Instituto de Empresa and Business School – IESE, University of Navarra (Barcelona), specializing in Labor Law, Administrative and Corporate Due Diligence.

Isabel has been admitted to the Bar Association of Madrid since 1976.

She has acted as Director of the Department of Labour Law at Legal K- (KPMG), for six years.

From 1990 to 1997 she was Vice President of the Spanish Association of Young Entrepreneurs and Member of the Board of the European Confederation of Young Entrepreneurs. During that time she was also a valued Member of the Committee on Labor Affairs of the Spanish Confederation of Business Organizations (CEOE).

From 1997-2004 Isabel has acted as Vice President of the Hispanic Peruvian Chamber of Commerce.
