The law firm Fráňa a partneři s.r.o. has been operating independently since 1 January 2025, when the original law firm Hartmann, Jelínek, Fráňa a partneři, s.r.o., established and operating on the Czech market since 1990, split into two separate entities. Its activities build on a long tradition and cooperation with qualified attorneys and external collaborators such as tax advisors, experts and notaries. As a result, it is able to provide very high quality professional services, all flexibly according to the needs of its clients. The law firm has its registered office in Prague, where it has its workplace, as well as in Hradec Králové and Náchod. Legal services are provided through 19 lawyers, 7 of whom are partners, all of which are complemented by a professional team to ensure the administration and running of the office. In addition to typical attorney activities, the members of the firm also engage in lecturing, arbitration, mediation and publishing activities.
