Nancy S. Barber, Founder of Glass Key Investigations and member of the Council of International Investigators (CII), and Katherine Wenger, Attorney at Brown Gee & Wenger LLP, presented on asset investigations.
Dale Freeman, Attorney at Brown, Gee & Wenger LLP, and Nils-Michael Langenborg, President & CEO of Whole Health Marketing, presented on entity formation and financing.
Steve Lincoln - Attorney at Brown, Gee & Wenger LLP, Franklin Rice - Chief Financial Officer at EpaleX Corp. and Jonathan Wright – COO at Probably Genetic, provided expert legal insights on the key issues for businesses involved in the life sciences sector.
