Miguel Lara is a junior partner of the Firm and focuses his practice on commercial litigation and creditor’s rights.  He has represented individuals, business and governmental entities and financial institutions in state and federal courts throughout the State of Florida.

Mr. Lara was recently named a 2013 “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers, a recognition awarded to only 2.5% of the attorneys in the State of Florida.
