Giulio Sammut graduated from the University of Malta in 2017 after obtaining his Master of Advocacy degree. The following year he completed his Master’s Degree in Law and Economics at Utrecht University, and successfully submitted his LL.M. thesis entitled ‘Disproportionality in Banking Regulation; With Particular Focus on Small Banks’.Giulio joined the firm as an associate in 2020. His key interests and main practice areas include financial services and corporate law. During his time at David Zahra & Associates Advocates he has acquired experience in other practice areas such as corporate restructuring, real estate law and commercial law.Giulio is a member of the Malta Chamber of Advocates and the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners.
